Skip the packed restaurant tonight, and take your sweetheart out to a special Valentine’s Day lunch! For this fun class we will teach and serve a special meal made for two. Starting with a simple mushroom appetizer, the main course is duck breast with pomegranate molasses sauce* with roasted fingerling potatoes, then we will end with a decadent chocolate mousse and a small glass of bubbly.
