The Class

Learn the benefits of making soup a regular part of your diet, and expand your repertoire with recipes that focus on whole, natural ingredients. We will feature black bean soup, creamy lemon dill soup, lentil stew, curried vegetable chowder, hearty chili, and wholegrain biscuits!

About the Instructor

Kim Wilson has spent over 12 years developing healthful recipes, has several published cookbooks, and has focused her energy most recently on developing whole, natural gluten-free recipes.
