Co-op Board Members

Our Board of Directors comprises nine people who serve three-year terms. An annual election is held during the month of April. Board meetings take place on the third Wednesday of each month at the Hanover Food Store. The Board uses the Policy Governance model to conduct its business, a process used by many cooperatives. Term ends in 2012. Dr. Graber specializes in kidney disease at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.

Term ends in 2014. Secretary. Pediatrician at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Board member of the Upper Valley Haven and the Norwich Childcare Center.

Term ends in 2012. Treasurer. Associate Director and Assistant Professor of Law, Institute for Energy and the Environment, Vermont Law School; former general counsel, New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission. Board President, Cooperative Fund of New England; Board Member, Renewable Energy Vermont; freelance architecture writer and commentator. Term ends in 2014. President. Former high school teacher of foreign languages and English. Worked in the Carleton College (Northfield, MN) Library. In Scituate, MA, served as a Library Trustee and Board Chair; also a founding member and officer of a buyers’ cooperative.

Term ends in 2014. Nominating Committee Chair. Is a process improvement and systems consultant from Hanover. Works regularly with private and public educational institutions and has delivered consulting services to many culinary schools.

Corrie Wolosin

Term ends in 2012. Recent founder of a Slow Food USA Convivium in the Upper Valley. Early career spent as an event planner and fundraiser in non-profit arts organizations. Later served on the Friends of the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth Board. Currently working in marketing.
