Shopping List for 4
Grocery: 1 jar salsa
Frozen: 1 bag frozen corn
Produce: 1 ripe avocado
Dairy: 4 large whole wheat tortillas, 1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
Prepared Foods:
2 cups prepared chili
Beverage: Modelo Especial Beer
Preparation:
25 minutes ahead:
Preheat oven to 250ºF. Use four tortillas.
For each burrito, spread chili mixture onto a tortilla. Sprinkle
with cheese. Roll up and place on baking sheet. Peel avocado,
place in a bowl, and lightly mash it with a fork. Add 1 cup
corn and the salsa. Top each burrito with some salsa. Place
tortillas in the oven to heat through.
Dinners Ready!
Serve burritos. Pass remaining salsa.
