Bring Us Your Number Fives

On the second Saturday of each month, the Co-op will accept your dairy tubs and other #5 plastics for recycling. For a full list of items that can be recycled, check here. For the drop-off times and locations, check out our schedule. Items must be completely clean and completely dry. We reserve the right to refuse dirty or wet containers and will not accept drop-offs at other times or places.

Meet Mark Langlois
Around the office, he’s affectionately called “farm boy.” Mark Langlois has a sharp mind made for working the numbers and a strong body made for working the farm, so every day he does a lot of both. Mark works in the Co-op’s Accounting Department as our organization’s Controller—which means he maintains and audits our many business accounts. Considering our Co-op’s success, that means Mark carries a lot of responsibility across those broad shoulders of his.

From I-91 (Exit 13) and Norwich, Vermont: Cross the Connecticut River into Hanover, NH. You are now on Wheelock St. Follow Wheelock through the first stoplight at the top of the hill. Make a left at the far side of the Dartmouth Green. You are now on Route 10. Go through the first green light. Drive ¾ mile to the traffic circle. You will see the Co-op Market on your right.
From I-89 (Exit 18) and Lebanon, NH: Take Route 120 north to Hanover. The Service Center will be on your right. Take the right fork at the light. Now you are on Park St. Go to the third light at the end of Park Street. Make a right onto Route 10 and drive ¾ mile to the traffic circle. The Co-op Market will be on your right.
From Route 10 and Lyme, NH: The Co-op Market is on the left at the second traffic circle on Route 10 as you come into Hanover.
From Route 10 and West Lebanon, NH: Follow Route 10 to Main Street, Hanover. When you get to the Dartmouth College Green, at the third light, make a right. You are now on Wheelock Street. Make a left at the far side of the Green. You are now on Route 10. Go through the first light and ¾ mile farther to the traffic circle. You will see the Co-op Market on your right.
