A New Co-op Membership Benefit for You!

Cooperative Healthy Savings Program
The Co-op, in partnership with the National Cooperative Business Association, is bringing its members a new and valuable free benefit.
The Cooperative Healthy Savings (CHS) Program provides pharmacy discounts that assure Co-op members the lowest price on prescription drugs.
Your CHS card will:

  • Be accepted at more than 60,000 national and regional pharmacy chain stores including CVS, Walgreens, Wal-Mart, KMart, Kinney Drugs, and RiteAid, as well as local pharmacies including Eastman’s (Hanover, NH), Shire Apothecary and Woodstock Pharmacy (Woodstock, VT), Family Pharmacy (Enfield, NH), and Corner Drug (White River Junction, VT).
  • Ensure you pay the lowest price possible on most acute care medications.
  • Give you a mail order option for saving money on your long-term medications.
It’s simple to use. You simply present the membership card to the participating pharmacist with the prescription. The pharmacist calculates the discount, and you pay the discounted price. No other forms are required.

And every time a Co-op member uses the card, the Co-op will receive 25 cents in revenue!

How do I participate?
Pick up your Cooperative Healthy Savings Program card at the Service Desk in the Hanover, Lebanon, or White River Junction Co-op Food Store. We have a limited number and will issue only one card per membership at this time.
