Question of the Week for December 26: How can the Co-op improve your holiday shopping experience?

- I think you do a great job. The people who help with parking are very helpful with moving things along in the parking lot.
- Have the shelves stocked before the customers arrive.
- Nothing that I can think of. You do a very good job. Having your Taste of Tradition days in the beginning of December highlighting unique and local holiday food gifts is terrific. Also having the tasting tables at select times either with the creators of the product or your Coop staff is also great. Good Job!
- Events, events, events. Charity, kids-focused, educational… it takes work, but if you want to build a community, you need two things: 1. regular events, and 2. something of value to the attendees. That’s it. If I can infer a bit from the question, I’ll say that while a fully engaged membership is a laudable goal, its probably not necessary to achieve your Ends.
