The Kid-to-Co-op Connection
The Co-op Kids Club is new, fun, and geared toward young cooperators. Why cooperative youth outreach? Cooperative Principle 5, which is dedicated to education, states in part that co-ops will “inform the general public – particularly young people and opinion leaders – about the nature and benefits of cooperation.” In short, the cooperative movement needs young people. They may become future cooperative leaders!
