Makes 6-8 waffles
You will like the difference yeast makes in waffles. Make the batter the night before, then wake up, preheat the waffle iron, and youre ready to go!

1/4 cup water
1/4 cup oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. sugar
2-2/3 cups all-purpose flour
