Fresh Fruit and Ricotta

Serves 6

Enjoy this simple and beautiful
dish for dessert—or breakfast! For a real treat, try fresh ricotta
from our cheese department.

8 oz. ricotta cheese
1 large ripe peach, sliced
1 large ripe nectarine, sliced
8 strawberries, sliced
1/2 pint raspberries
1/4 cup toasted almonds, sliced
Sugar, for sprinkling

Divide the ricotta
evenly among six small plates. Divide fruit equally over each serving
of ricotta. Sprinkle with almonds and a little sugar.
