Looking for a quick dinner idea? Try any of our frozen stuffed
pasta such as tortellini, tortelloni, gnocchi, agnolotti, or ravioli.
They cook in less than 10 minutes. Add your favorite pasta sauce,
or try them cold in this salad.
1 lb. frozen stuffed pasta, cooked, drained, and cooled
1 jar artichoke hearts, sliced
10 Calamata olives, pitted and sliced
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes in oil, diced
Handful fresh spinach, cut into ribbons
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbs. red wine vinegar
1 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss to combine.
