This is where all the information comes together; Financials are added and subtracted, totaled up and sent out so they can be used by people in the company to do their jobs, Environmental goals are practiced so progression can be made, and Social commitments are confirmed.
It provides everyone with the information they need to play their position in The Great Game of Business.
When we come out of the Huddle, we can see the whole playing field. We can also see how the game is unfolding and what everyone has to do to keep us moving closer to the goal line.
