Tobacco Meetings

With the approach of the New Year comes the beginning of the Co-op’s new tobacco policy. Recently the Co-op offered all staff a chance to attend a meeting to discuss how this policy might affect them. The Co-op is now arranging meetings to answer questions from anyone else who wishes to attend. Check the schedule here. Meetings will last approximately 30 minutes, but can go longer as appropriate.

2. Wash your hands often. If you can’t wash your hands, use hand sanitizer.

3. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth. That’s how you transfer germs to yourself.

4. If you have symptoms of the flu, stay home! The Co-op will support you with policies and guidelines meant to keep all of our staff as healthy as possible.

5. Practice good sneeze and cough hygiene: always cover your cough or sneeze with your sleeve or a tissue. Then wash your hands before touching anything!
