Co-op Certified Food Safety Class Coming up

One class intensive: 3.5 hour class:

Newly hired staff from the following perishables departments must attend within their first 90 days: Produce, Meat, Seafood, Deli, PFD, Cafe, Cheese, Commissary, Delivery, at all store locations and merchandisers of these departments. Staff members who are cross-training into these departments must also attend. Single class is 3 and 1/2 hours long. To sign up your staff, please contact Mary Choate at ext. 6342 or by email.   • HANOVER BOARD ROOM: Monday, JANUARY 9, 9:30a-1p
  • LEBANON MEETING ROOM: Tuesday, January 10, 9:30a-1p
  • HANOVER SMALL MEETING ROOM: Wednesday, January 11, 11a-2:30p
