Scoreboard

Companies are as diverse as people, and nothing is more distinctive than the way you communicate. Scorecards are an excellent tool for tracking and measuring actual results, performance goals and forecasting.

The information will tell you what’s really going on in your organization. They tell you who is doing well and who is in trouble, who pulled off a brilliant coup and who made a mistake, who needs a new challenge, and who needs a vacation.

When you report to people every week about the condition of the company, you build credibility. When you get them to write the information down while following the action: you teach.

How can you keep track of all the good things you do? Keep a scoreboard! And so you don’t have to create one yourself, we’ve done the work for you:

TIPS:

  • Use downloadable scoreboard to keep sustainable copy
  • Print scoreboard once a month to post for all staff to review and look for trends good and bad
  • Recreate downloadable scoreboard onto your departments whiteboard
