Understanding Your Co-op : Hanover

The Future of Your Stores

We're planning a fun, informal, strategy-focused get-together for our member-owners and we want to see you there! Learn about some great things coming to the Co-op and how it affects you and your business.

This isn't your usual business forum. This is a relaxed opportunity to chat with GM Ed Fox, CFO Paul Guidone, and new members of the Management Team. Join us to talk about the history of your stores and how this is guiding our strategic direction for the future of the business. Learn about our Co-op's finances, business strategy, competitive market, and recent investments in technology and infrastructure. And discover how you can get more involved in the cooperative business you run and why it's so important. This is your business, after all. We want to hear from you, answer your questions and share information and insights with you.

Co-op membership is not just a privilege, but a responsibility we all share. We own a business together, after all. And one of the best ways we can keep that business strong is to share ideas, insights, and information with each other.

Refreshments will be offered. Open to all Co-op members. Pesky questions and voracious curiosity welcome!
